Mn: 0.80 ~ 1.10
S: ≤ 0.030

Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30

Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealing, ≤ 229HB, indentation diameter of ≥ 4.0mm; quenching, ≥ 60HRC
Heat treatment parameters and microstructure:
Heat treatment specifications: The specimen quenched 800 ~ 820 , oil-cooling.
