Features and application:
Hot die steel, is the introduction of the United States, H10 steel, there is a good hardenability, toughness and high temperature hardness. Such as steel production can replace 3Cr2W8V heat dies, forging die, hot-rolling dies and plastic dies and so on.

C: 0.35 ~ 0.45
Si: 0.80 ~ 1.20
Mn: 0.25 ~ 0.70
S: ≤ 0.030
P: ≤ 0.030
Cr: 3.00 ~ 3.75
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30
V: 0.25 ~ 0.75
Mo: 2.00 ~ 3.00

Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealing, ≤ 229HB, indentation diameter of ≥ 4.0mm

Heat treatment parameters and microstructure:
Standard heat treatment: quenching, 790 ± 15 preheating, 1010 ± 6 (Salt) or 1020 ± 6 (furnaces controlled atmosphere) heating, insulation 5 ~ 15min, air-cooled, 550 tempered.

Delivery status: Delivery of steel to annealing.
