Features and application:
Cold-working die steel, is the introduction of the United States, A2 steel, air hardening steel in the A category is the most widely used one. Applies to both wear also requested the toughness of cold-working die steel, can replace CrWMn, 9Mn2V steel production, small-scale cold stamping die, blanking die, forming die, and red top.

Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealing, ≤ 255HB, indentation diameter ≥ 3.95mm; quenching, ≥ 60HRC

Heat treatment parameters and microstructure:
Standard heat treatment: quenching, 790 ± 15 warm, 940 ± 6 (molten salt) or 950 ± 6 (furnaces controlled atmosphere) heating, insulation 5 ~ 15min, air-cooled, 200 ± 6 tempered.
