Features and application:
Measuring and cutting tools of steel, is commonly used in low-alloy tool steel with high hardenability and hardening, as well as high temper resistance. Can be used to manufacture complex shape, deformation small, high wear resistance, low-speed cutting tools such as drills, screw tool, reamer, die, tap, twist wire board and rolling wheels.

C: 0.85 ~ 0.95
Si: 1.20 ~ 1.60
Mn: 0.30 ~ 0.60
S: ≤ 0.030
P: ≤ 0.030
Cr: 0.95 ~ 1.25
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30

Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealing, 241 ~ 197HB, indentation diameter of 3.9 ~ 4.3mm; 187 ~ 229HB (manufacturing thread tools); quenching, ≥ 62HRC

Heat treatment parameters and microstructure:
Heat treatment specifications: The specimen quenched 820 ~ 860 , oil-cooling.

Delivery status: Delivery of steel to annealing.
