Features and application:
Hot die steel, is commonly used die-casting die steel has high strength and hardness, good fatigue resistance to hot and cold, and there is good hardenability, but its poor toughness and plasticity. For production of high temperature, high stress, the shock load from the punch and die, as die-casting mold, hot extrusion mold, forging mold, non-ferrous metal forming molds.

Cr: 2.20 ~ 2.70
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25

V: 0.20 ~ 0.50
W: 7.50 ~ 9.00

Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealing, 255 ~ 207HB, indentation diameter of 3.8 ~ 4.2mm

Heat treatment parameters and microstructure:
Standard heat treatment: quenching, 1075 ~ 1125 oil-cooling.

Delivery status: Delivery of steel to annealing.
