Product Name: Cr5Mo1V / A2 / SKD12 / X100CrMoV5
Characteristics and Scope: Cold work tool steel, it is imported A2 steel from the United States Steel. It is the most widely used one in the A-space-quenched steels. Applies to both wear also requested the toughness of cold work die steel. It can replace CrWMn, 9Mn2V steel production, containing a small cold red die, blanking die, forming die, and formed punch.

Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: annealing, ≤255HB, indentation diameter≥3.95mm;quenching≥60HRC.
Heat treatment specification and metallurgical structure:
Heat treatment specification: quenching, 790±15 warming up,940±6(salt bath) or 950±6(controlled atmosphere furnace) heating up, keeping warm 5~15min,air cooling, 200±6 tempering.
Delivery of conditions: Annealing.
