Product Name:Cr12Mo1V1 Cold work steel (D2; DIN 1.2379)
Characteristics and Scope:
Cold work die steel, it is imported D2 steel from the United States Steel. Its composition, performance and similar Cr12MoV for the same purpose, it can be used instead of Cr12MoV.

Heat treatment regime and metallurgical structure:
Heat treatment regime:1)quenching: 820±15 warming up,1000±6(salt bath) or 1010±6(controlled atmosphere furnace) heating up, keeping warm 1020mins air cooling, 200±6tempering.
Delivery conditions: Annealing.
