There are 25 production lines for weldedpipes in the company, which can produce welded pipes with nominal diameters15-150. Some of these machines , the forming rollers are designed andmanufactured with Auto CAD and CAM system. The welding parts are inspected withinfrared tester. With the computer controlled flying saw cutting to length ,multi-elements straightentener and the most advanced hydraulic inspectionequipment in China, the products quality are assured, and the every index ofthe products have reached or  exceededthe international standards.

By utilizing the OMRON PLC fully automaticcontrolled steel pipes galvanizing line, we are able to galvanize various steelpipes with nominal diameter of 15-150, land length 4-7.5m..

The welded steel pipes and hot galvanizedsteel pipes are applicable to low pressure fluid transportation and the steelstructure. They have been used in many famous buildings such as BeijingFanzhouyuan apartment building, and the Beijing New Oriental Plaza.
